Infant Malayna Marie Blakley, born Feb 25, of Tulsa, died Friday in Hillcrest Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday at 2 pm in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Eddie James officiating.

Burial will follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home.

Survivors include her parents, Walter and Amanda Blakley of Tulsa; grandparents, Wilburn and Cheri Blakley of Tulsa, Jackie Shepherd of Coweta, and Sheila Roach of Bartlesville; great-grandparents, Virginia DeWitt of Wagoner, and Joe and Charlotte Roach of Tulsa.

Funeral services for Malayna Marie Blakley, infant daughter of Walter and Amanda Blakley, were held this afternoon at 2 at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Eddie Burke officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

The infant died Friday in Hillcrest Medical Center.
