Florence (MAHONEY) BOWERS, 87, of Sapulpa, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for 1 pm Tuesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Jack Carner and Bud Martelle officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Bowers was born Sep 5, 1905, in Apache, Okla., and was a Sapulpa resident for 51 years. She was a member of Southside Christian Church.

Survivors include son Conrad Bowers of Sapulpa: daughter Edith Clark of Sapulpa; stepsons Vernon Bowers of Roswell, N.M., and Carl Bowers of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister Elisa Pierson of Stroud, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Florence (Mahoney) Bowers were held this afternoon at 1 in Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Jack Carner and J.E. Martelle, Jr., officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Bowers, a Sapulpa resident for 51 years, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
