AMOS BOWMAN

BIXBY — Amos A. Bowman, 62, Dry Prong, La., died Friday at Rapides General Hospital.

Services will be 10:30 am Tuesday at Regular Baptist Church, Jenks, with the Rev. Tony Hayes officiating.

Burial will be in Bixby Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Sep 11, 1928, in Tulsa.

Mr. Bowman retired from Dresser Industries after working there 32 years. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include wife Mary; son Charles Walker of Alexandria, La.; brother E. J. Bowman of Sapulpa; sisters Leanous Reynolds of Tulsa and Lillian Tillery of Coweta; and three grandchildren.
