Hollis Eugene (Gene) Boyles, 54, 110 S. Linden, died Sunday.
Funeral services are to be held at 10 am Wednesday at the Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating.
Burial is to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Boyles was born January 4, 1939 to C. W. and Beatrice L. Boyles in Wynona, Okla. He married Laverna R. Busbee on January 29, 1962 in El Reno. He retired from the Oklahoma and Texas oil field and B.C. Glass Company. He was a member of the West Side Free Will Baptist Church.
Boyles is survived by wife Laverna of the home; son Lonnie E. Boyles Sr. of Sapulpa; daughters Vonda Higgins of Ketchikan, Alaska, and Patti Curry of Sapulpa; brother Cliff Boyles of Harrah; sisters Ann Smith of Pasadena, Texas, Judy Castoe of Marlow, Deborah Ross and Joyce Moon, both of Oklahoma City; grandsons Randy Curry and Lonnie Boyles Jr., both of Sapulpa; granddaughters Dana Curry of Sapulpa and Sarah Frankfather and Jill Frankfather, both of Ketchikan, Alaska; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will headquarter at 110 S. Linden.

Funeral services for Hollis Eugene (Gene) Boyles were to be held today at 10 am in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Revs. Millard McGuire and Kelly Phillips officiating.
Interment was to follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction o Smith Funeral Home.
Serving as casket bearers were Donnie McCullogh, Charles Lake, John Fanholz, Keith Johnson, Dale Roach and Jerry Don Workman.
Honorary bearers were Bill Langmaid and Charles Kirby.
