TULSA — Mr. Holley P. Bradley, 85, of Tulsa died Saturday at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa. Services are scheduled for 10:30 am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Art McGrew officiating.

Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery.

Mr. Bradley was born Sept. 18, 1902, in Mount Vernon, Texas.

He began his career with Service Pipeline in 1930 and advanced to head the safety section in Tulsa before retiring from the company in 1965.

He designed and tested equipment and established safety practices that gained wide acceptance throughout the oil industry and in oil-related fields.

He served as a Tulsa County Tag agent and as a probation administrator for Tulsa Municipal Court.

Mr. Bradley was a member of the executive committee of the National Safety Council, the American Petroleum Institute and was chairman of the Safety Training Committee. In 1965, he was elected a life member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
