Funeral services for Vivian M. Brannan, 76, were held at South Heights Cemetery 2 pm today with Rev. Roy Emmons officiating. Brannan died Monday at St. Francis Hospital.

Burial will follow in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Kennard Funeral Services.

Brannan was born Sep 14, 1917 in Bixby to Mable Griffin and Matt Spurgeon. She attended Bixby schools and was married to Clyde Brannan. She was a member of the Oakhurst Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one brother and her parents.

She is survived by husband Clyde Brannan of the home; daughters June Dampf of Broken Arrow; brothers Jack Spurgeon of Tulsa and Marvin Spurgeon of Dixon, Ill.; sisters Joy Spurgeon Carmel McClellan, Elsie Robinson, Mary Ann Watson and Nadine Seville, all of Tulsa; and two grandchildren.
