ANGELA BRECKENRIDGE

Former Sapulpan Angela Beth Carnes Breckenridge, 21, of Wichita, Kan., died Sunday in Plano, Texas.

Funeral services were held today at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Revs. John Hall and Luis Torres officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born March 21, 1971, in Tulsa and attended Sapulpa schools. She was a member of an Assembly of God church.

Survivors include mother Mary Dix; father and stepmother Mr. and Mrs. Larry Carnes; sister Lisa Renne Worthington of Topeka, Kan.; step sisters Debra Keeton and Glenna Williams, both of Sapulpa; grandparents Florence Carnes of Sapulpa and Alvin and Luch Korber of Meridian, Kan
