Lola Mae Briggs, 89, 701 S. Birch, died Saturday in Buffalo, Tex.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Tuesday at Westside Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating.
Burial is to follow at South Heights Cemetery under the
direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Briggs was born Oct 1, 1903 in Brighton, Mo. She was a member of Westside Free Will Baptist Church and lived in Sapulpa for over 50 years. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy in 1974, and sons Wendell, Jim and Donald.
Survivors include daughter Wanda Parker of Buffalo, Tex., son Bobby Briggs of Bakersfield, Calif., sisters Helen Blevins of Bixby, Mabel Frazier of Checotah and Lettie Franklin of Broken Arrow, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Lola Mae Briggs were to be held today at 10:30 am in the Westside Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating.
Interment was to follow in the South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Serving as casket bearers were Dub Moore, Wayne Dickens, Mike Whinery, Richard Blevins, Rick Ellis and John Gowan.
Briggs, a long-time Sapulpa resident passed away Saturday in Buffalo, Tex. while
visiting her daughter.
