Fannie F. Briscoe Taken By Death
Daughter Of Late P. B. France Dies At Vinita: Funeral Rites To Be Here.

Fannie France Briscoe, former Sapulpan, died yesterday shortly afternoon at Vinita. She had been in ill health for a number of years and had been in a hospital there.

She is survived by her husband, Jack, and son Jack, Jr. of Tulsa and a daughter, Kathryn, of Indiana.

Mrs. Briscoe was the daughter of the late P. B. France, pioneer Sapulpa builder. She was born in Aurora, MO, April 24, 1891. She came to Sapulpa with her parents when she was 4 years old and went through the public schools here.

She was married to Jack Briscoe in March of 1910.

Funeral services will be held at the First Methodist church Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock with Rev. C. Fred MacLean, officiating. Burial will be made in the Sapulpa Cemetery.

Buffington funeral home is in charge of arrangements. The body of the deceased was brought here last night.

Miss Kathryn Briscoe is expected to arrive here tomorrow.

Mrs. Charles T. McAllister of 1036 East Lee is a cousin of the deceased and a niece and several nephews live in Tulsa.

Brisco Funeral Rites Tomorrow

Miss Kathryn Briscoe of Indiana will arrive here late today to attend the funeral services of her mother Mrs. Fannie France Briscoe who died Tuesday at Vinita.

Funeral rites will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o’clock at the First Methodist Church.

Other survivors are her husband Jack Briscoe and a son Jack Jr., a niece Mrs. W. B. Jordan of Sapulpa and these nephews of Tulsa: Curtis, Frances and Vaughan Bryan.

Another niece, Mrs. Coulter of Kansas City will be unable to attend the funeral. Mrs. C. T. McAllister of Sapulpa is a cousin.
