ROBERT BROGAN 

Robert L. (Bob) Brogan, 65, Sapulpa, died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday, at Lee and Walnut church of Christ with Tom Bright and Sidney Ellis officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born September 23, 1927 in Ardmore. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and remained in service for 31 years, retiring as master sergeant. He married Barbara Hammock on June 8, 1955, in Oilton. A resident of Sapulpa since 1955, he was employed as a welder and foreman for Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, retiring in 1986 after 39 years. He was a member and deacon of Lee and Walnut Church of Christ, and a member of the On Goers of ONG. His hobbies were fishing and woodworking.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; daughter, Shirley Johns of Mounds; son, Ray of Broken Arrow; brother Ernest Brogan of Cleveland; sister Frances Novotny of Pawnee; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for Robert L. (Bob) Brogan were held today at 2 p.m. in the Lee and Walnut Church of Christ with Tom Bright and Sidney Ellis officiating.

Burial followed in the Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casketbearers were Doug Burris, Grady Caton, Jack Lierly, Gleen Sumwalt, Donnie Nero and Jim Pinkston.

Mr. Brogan, a long-time Sapulpa resident, died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
