David Wayne Brown, 24, Okmulgee, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 1995 in an automobile accident north of Okmulgee.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Russell Casey officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

He was born Sept. 2, 1970 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Okmulgee High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1988 to 1994. He is the grandson of Clarence and Nora Brown, Sapulpa.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Brown, Okmulgee.

Services for David Wayne Brown were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Feb. 9, 1970 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1988 and served in the U.S. Marine Corps until 1994.

He returned to Okmulgee and worked for Gaffey Overhead Crane Co. in Tulsa.

Survivors include his parents, Wayne and Betty Brown, Okmulgee. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Nora Brown, Sapulpa, and Mr. and Mrs. R.J. Snipes, Sapulpa.

A detail of U.S. Marines from Broken Arrow served as casket bearers and provided full military graveside services.
