BUCHANAN
Mr. L. W. (Wesley) Buchanan, 81, 311 N. 6th, died Tuesday at Bartlett Memorial
Medical Center.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Smith funeral Chapel with the Rev. Sammy
Lowe Officiating.
Burial will be at Green Hills
Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Buchanan was born June 17, 1905, in Coalgate, Indian Territory, and moved to
Sapulpa in 9152.
He was a farmer and construction worker and a member of Faith Holiness Church.
He was preceded in death by a son William.
Survivors include wife Evelyn; sons Charles of
Sapulpa, and Arthur and Jim, both of Mannford; daughters Billie Jean Murry of
Sand Springs, Joyce Smith of Sapulpa and Sandra Klutts of Mannford; brother Jake
of Pryor; sister Jewell Choate of Tulsa; 23 grandchildren; and 18
great-grandchildren.

Services for Mr. Wesley Buchanan, 311 N. 6th, were today at Smith Funeral Chapel
with the Rev. Sammy Lowe officiating.
Burial was at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
Casket bearers were Butch Murray, Denzel Applegate, Kenneth Buchanan, Dale
Buchanan, Jerry Buchanan and Tim Arnold.
