Ophelia Jean Bullard, 82, 310 W. Taft, died Sunday, Feb 12, 1995 at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10 am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tim Watkins officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Oct 25, 1912 in Spiro.

She moved from California to this area 20 years ago. She was a retired nurses' aide and worked for Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include three sons, Conrad Mitchell, Sapulpa, Michael Larry Bullard, Sand Springs, and Marvin Winston Bullard, Tulsa; a daughter, Linda Florence Lewis, Tulsa; a brother, Robert Kenneth Birch, Freemont, Calif.; a sister Wilma Beatrice Ashby, Hayworth, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
