BURNS

EUFAULA, Okla.---Mr. K. W. "Ray" Burns, 79, Eufaula, died Friday at Community Hospital Lakeview, Eufaula.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eufaula First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Vaughn Dalrymple officiating.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Eufaula, under the direction of Merritt Funeral Service, Eufaula.

Casket bearers will be Karl Kierner, Rick Grubbs, Tim Grubbs, Riger Grubbs, Dan Patterson, John Burns, Charles Hayworth and Ron Galloway.

Mr. Burns was born Sept. 12, 1907, in Russellville, Okla. He lived in the Eufaula area most of his life.

Mr. Burns was a retired farmer, a member of the Assembly of God, and was preceded in death by wife Virgie in 1957.

Survivors include son Raymond of Eufaula; daughters Gwen Grubbs of Stigler, Okla., Fern Patterson of Sapulpa and Lois Long of Eufaula; brothers Bill of Hanna, Okla., and A. W. of Eufaula; sisters Eva Burns of Eufaula, Ida Mae Salters of Castorville, Calif., Juanita Breedlove of Bakersfield, Calif., Lahoma Whithlow of Muskogee and Laveta Hogue of San Joaquin, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
