DAVID BUTLER

Davis (sic) James Butler, 30, died Friday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Chapel, Tulsa, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Dec. 27, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas; graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1977, worked for Avis Rent-a-Car and was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife Susie of the home; parents Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Butler of Sapulpa; Grandparents Edna Nichols of Sapulpa, Margaret Butler of Silver City, Okla.; brothers Michael of Tulsa, and Scott of Sapulpa.
