CALVERT

MUSKOGEE—Mrs. Ruth E. Calvert, 82, Muskogee, died Sunday at Muskogee Regional Hospital.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Petering Ivory chapel with Jack Harney officiating. Also, Hope Chapter 14 of the Order of the Eastern Star will present services at the chapel.

Burial will be at New Vernon Cemetery, Coweta, at 11:15 a.m. under the direction of Foster-Petering funeral Home, Muskogee.

She was born March 14, 1905, in Shawnee, Indian Territory. She grew up in Tulsa and Sapulpa, and was a graduate of Sapulpa High School and Draughn School of Business.

Mrs. Calvert was a secretary for 30 years and worked at the Veteran Administration Hospital in Lyons, N. J. for 12 years.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Sapulpa and the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by husband, Ben, in 1967. Following his death, she moved to Muskogee.

Survivors include sister Mrs. Lillian M. Ross, Tulsa; and one nephew.
