Waldo Carlock, 70, 917 N. Elizabeth, died Saturday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the First Church of God in Sapulpa with Rev. Tommy Dove officiating.
Burial is to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
Carlock was born June 28, 1923 in Sharpe, Ark. to Frank Ray and Pearl Rawdon Carlock. He was married Nov. 1, 1941 in Bristow to Clarice Farrand Carlock. He retired in 1980 as a yardmaster with the Burlington Northern Railroad. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in WWII. He was a life-long resident of Sapulpa moving here from .Arkansas. He was of the Christian faith and a member of the Fast Church of God in Sapulpa.
Survivors include wife Clarice of the home; sons Ronnie Carlock, Jim Carlock and Larry Carlock, all of Sapulpa; daughters Susie Harrison and Carol McCallum. both of Sapulpa; brother
Carl Carlock of Sapulpa; sister Helen McCall of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
Casketbearers are to be Travis Belk, Jack Hancock, John Dicus, John Douglas, Bryan Keeton and Edgar McGuire. Honorary bearers are to be Henry Waldroupe, Ted Whitehouse and Howard Brav.
