Mrs. Myrtle Carroll, 79, 934 Henshaw, died Monday at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Feb 1, 1909, in Bixby. She lived in the Sapulpa-Glenpool area since 1970.

Mrs. Carroll was a Baptist. She was at one time employed by Brown-Dunkin Department Store, Tulsa.

Survivors include daughter Mrs. Gene (Monetta Sue) Pack of Decatur, Ark.; sisters Iva Davenport of Jenks, and Maggie Wolf and Leona Lawmaster, both of Sapulpa; brother Tom of Plano, Texas; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
