Mary Kathryn Carter, 51, 6862 Frankoma Road, died Saturday at St. John Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Bixby Cemetery in Bixby with Rev. Orville Bryant officiating.

Burial is to follow in the Bixby Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Carter was born Feb. 9, 1943 in Glenpool and was employed at the Gateway Motel. She lived in this area all her life.

Survivors include son Raymond Mahurin of Carthage, Mo. and Charles Oliver of Galena, Kan.; daughters, Ruth Ann Escoe and Retha Oliver, both of Tulsa, Betsy Oliver of Springfield, Mo. and Betty Oliver of Galena, Kan.; brother Leonard Mahurin of Tulsa; sisters Jean Thomas of New York, Alma Crawford, Carol Burt and Diane Grodan, all of Tulsa; and 12 grandchildren.
