CASTEEL
Mr. Billy V. Casteel, 60, 218 W. Ross, died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical
Center.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Westside Pentecostal Church, 4201 s. 47th
W. Ave., with the Rev. Ed Gross officiating.
Burial will be at South Heights
Cemetery under the direction of smith funeral Home.
Mr. Casteel was born Feb. 17, 1927, in Bristow. He was a U.S. Army veteran of
World War II.
He married Margie Tatro in 1947. He was a Sapulpa resident for 30 years.
Mr. Casteel worked as a pipefitter-welder and was a member of the Pentecostal
Church and the American Legion.
Survivors include wife Margie; daughters Fredina Viefhaus of Sapulpa and
Elizabeth Hobin of Bakersfield, Calif.; a son Billy Roy of Sapulpa; and three
grandchildren.

SAPULPA — Funeral services for Rev. Billy V. Casteel, who broadcast a daily
religious radio program, are set for 10 a.m. Thursday at the West Side
Pentecostal Church in Tulsa. Casteel, 60, died Monday.
Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral
Home.
Casteet was born in Bristow. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a
pipefitter by trade. He was also a minister and had a daily religious broadcast
on KXOJ radio in Sapulpa.
Survivors include: his wife, Margie; two daughters, Fredina Viefhaus of Sapulpa
and Elizabeth Hobin of Bakersfield, Calif.; a son, Billy R. of Sapulpa; his
mother, Vina of Tahlequah; and three grandchildren.
