Norma Jean Chalk, 53, of Sapulpa, died Friday, Dec. 29, 1996, (sic) at her home. 

Funeral services will be at 2pm Tuesday in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in South Heights Cemetery with Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. 

Mrs. Chalk was born Jan 7, 1942 in Sapulpa. She married Richard Chalk Sep 4, 1962 in Tulsa. 

She had worked at Liberty Glass and Animal Health Supply and was a member of First Assembly of God Church. 

Mrs. Chalk was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Beatrice Brown. 

In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, Chad Chalk of Sapulpa; a daughter, Stephanie WATKINS of Tulsa; a brother, Clyde E. BROWN of Tulsa; one grandson and two nephews.
