Frank Charles Charboneau, 70, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday in Tulsa.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner with Lillian Lindsey officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Hersman Funeral Home, Wagoner.

Mr. Charboneau was born March 13, 1921, in Hulbert. He married Alvena Clardy Nov. 20, 1943, at Wagoner. They moved to Sapulpa in 1953. He worked as a concrete mason most of his life.

Mr. Charboneau was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He attended Harvest Time Assembly of God Church in Sand Springs and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and other outdoor activities.

He was preceded in death by daughter Frances Lorene; brother Leslie; and sister Katherine Thayer.

Survivors include wife Alvena; sons Charles Charboneau and Boyd Charboneau, both of Sapulpa; daughters Arlene McGinnis and Carol Ann Weaver, both of Sapulpa; brothers Loyal Charboneau of Delano, Calif., and Bill Charboneau of Wagoner; sisters Walsie Buford, Della Johnson and Bulah Johnson, all of Wagoner; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
