WINTERS, Calif. — Mrs. Mary Agnes Charles, 73, formerly of Sapulpa, died of
cancer Thursday at Woodland Memorial Hospital in Woodland, Calif.
Services will be 10 am Monday at Smith’s Colonial Chapel in Winters with the
Rev. Ernest Robertson officiating.
Burial will be at Winters Cemetery in Winters.
She was born in Spiro, Okla., and was a housewife. She had spent the past few
years living with her children in California and Oklahoma.
Survivors include sister Rosie Miller of Dixon, Calif.; brother Frankie Reed of
Oregon; sons Harvey Howard of Mounds, Forest Howard of Mannford, Jimmy Howard of
Woodland, Doyle Charles of Esparto, Calif., Kenny of Sapulpa, G. D. of Kiefer,
daughters Pat Williges of Clear Lake Oaks, Calif., and Thalia Ledford of Espardo;
22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
