Ethel Irene Christian, 60, of Liberty Mounds, died Friday in Tulsa.

Services are to be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Duck Creek Community Church with Rev. Paul Martin officiating.

Burial is to following at the Duck Creek Cemetery under the direction of Spivey Funeral Home.

Christian was born Dec. 13, 1933 in Claremore to Clyde and Clara Terrell. She graduated from Jenks High School in 1952 and was married to Johnnie Christian May 15, 1952. She was a housewife and a member of the Buck Creek Community Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a brother.

She is survived by husband Johnnie Christian of the home; daughters Lee Ann Peters and Peggy Sue Christian both of Liberty Mounds; brothers William Terrell of Sand Springs, John Clyde Terrell of Kansas and Elmer Lee Terrell of Tulsa; sisters Bobby June Simmons of Tulsa and Emiline Jones of Mounds; and two granddaughters.
