MARGUERITE CHRISTIAN

SOUTH PITTSBURGH, Tenn. — Marguerite Joe Steel Christian, 82, South Pittsburgh, Tenn., died Sunday at her home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Christ’s Church Episcopal, South Pittsburgh, with the Rev. John Bonner III officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home, South Pittsburgh.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sebe A. Christian.

Mrs. Christian was a former longtime Sapulpa resident, member of the Sapulpa Business and Professional Women’s Club and active in the Creek County Democratic Party.

Survivors include son W. Beau Christian of South Pittsburgh; sisters Mrs. Charlene Sanditen and Mrs. Irene Agard, both of Fort Meyers, Fla.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The family requests memorials be made to the South Pittsburgh High School Field House Fund, in care of South Pittsburgh High School, South Pittsburgh, Tenn. 37380.
