Hazel Clark, 90, 16 W. Goodykoontz, died Thursday at her home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the rev. Marvin Francis officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 6, 1902, in Mulberry, Ark., and moved to Sapulpa in 1918. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, on May 31, 1991.

Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.

HAZEL CLARK 

Funeral services for Hazel Clark were held Saturday at the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Francis officiating.

Burial followed in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers were Dewayne Kerley, Mike Kerley, Robert Michael Kerley, Eric Sloan, John Solan and Michael Jones.
