CLARK

Mrs. Paul (Maxine) Clark, 66, 2119 W. Taft, died Monday at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Smith funeral Chapel with the Rev. Richard E. Barrett officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

She was born April 11, 1921, in Sapulpa, and had lived here most of her life. She was employed as a secretary to Dr. M. S. Bartlett for 23 years until her retirement.

Mrs. Clark was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include husband Paul; step-mother Ruth Sidebuttom of Sapulpa; daughter Carlotta Belk of Bristow; sister Nell Wilson of Sapulpa; brother William L. Sidebuttom of Broken Arrow; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family will headquartered at the Wilson home, 700 Mesa road.
