Leonard "Shorty" Clark, 60, died Friday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2 pm Monday at Bristow Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Clark officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born October 19, 1932, in Depew. He was a Sapulpa resident most of his life.

Survivors include a sister, Lorene Kramer of Tulsa and two brothers, Curtis Clark of Kellyville, and Jim Clark of Sapulpa, and a sister, Lorene Kramer of Tulsa.

Graveside services for Leonard "Shorty" Clark were held this afternoon at 2 at Bristow City Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Clark, a longtime Sapulpa resdient, died Friday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
