Curtis J. (Buck) Collins, 79, 135 W. Jackson Ave. South, died Tuesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Gerald Rendel officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Collins was born Aug. 29, 1912, in Westville, Ill., and moved to Sapulpa from Augusta, Kan., 17 years ago. He was employed by Mobil Oil Company in Kansas. He was a member of First Christian church and Elks Lodge No. 1118.

Survivors include wife, Jessie; brother Lon Collins of Tucson, Ariz.; and sisters Irene Lindsay of Chickasha and Juanita Catlin of Shawnee.
