COLLINS
Grant Collins, 21, 6720 S. 128th W. Ave., died Sunday at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital, Tulsa, from injuries sustained in a car accident on highway 97 March 10.
Services were today at Broadway Baptist Church, Sand Springs, with Bob Berryman officiating.
Burial was at Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs, under the direction of Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service, Sand Springs
He was born Jan. 5, 1966, in Danville, Ark. He was a student at Roberts Training Center, Tulsa, and was affiliated with the 11th Street Baptist Church, Sand Springs.
Mr. Collins was a 1964 graduate of Charles Page High School. While in high School, he participated in the filming of two movies in the Tulsa area. The films were “The Outsiders” and Rumblefish”.
Survivors include mother Sheri of Sand Springs; father and step-mother Doyle and Ruth Ann of Sapulpa; sister Tina Colson of Tulsa; step-sister Patsy Holkum of Sapulpa; step-brother Billy Lemon of Sapulpa; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Collins of Sand Springs, and Verna Berryman of Cleveland, Okla.; and great-grandmother Nancy Rote Collins of Russellville, Ark.
