Earldean Contu, 68, of Tulsa, died Wednesday in Tulsa.

Funeral services were scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Friday, at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel with Chaplain Jeff Hoppe officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service of Sand Springs.

She was born Sept. 16, 1924, in Picher to George W. and Lucy Pearl (Baxter) Harris. She was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Faith.

Earldean married Leon Contu on Sept 10, 1946, in Van Buren, Arkansas.

Survivors include her husband, Leon; a daughter, Sandra Stockton of Sapulpa; sons, Tony Leon Contu, Gary Dean Contu and Rick Ray Contu, all of Tulsa; sisters, Gertrude Barbee of Tulsa and Jude Odom of Owasso; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
