Mr. Jimmy DeWayne Cook, 26, Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, from injuries sustained in an automobile Accident.

Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.

He was born May 2, 1962, in Sapulpa, and lived here all of his life.

Mr. Cook was a Baptist and employed as a Mechanic.

Survivors include fiancée Lynn Hardee; father J. B. Cook of Bakersfield. Cal.; mother Betty Snelson of Konawa, Okla.; sisters Kitty Branscum of Konowa and Lena M. S. Holliday of Tulsa; brothers Timothy H. Holliday of Sapulpa and Johnny Holliday; grandparents, who raised him, Claude and Gertrude Cochran of Sapulpa.
