Grace May Cook, 73 died Saturday, Dec 10, 1994 in Sapulpa.

Memorial Services will be 2 pm Saturday in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

She was born Nov 25, 1921

Survivors include a daughter, April Cook, Sapulpa; two brothers, Bill Stotler, Sapulpa, Chester Stotler, Parkersburg, West Virginia; and four sisters, Gladys Randolph and Muriel Latten, both of Parkersburg, Kathryn Mock, Tulsa, and Betty May, Indianapolis.

Arrangements are by Tulsa Whisenhunt Funeral Services.
