Berniece P. Cooper, 99, Sapulpa, died Monday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating.

Burial is to follow in the Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Cooper, a long time Sapulpa resident, was born Nov 30, 1894 in Peatown, Texas. She and her husband operated the Sapulpa Maytag Company. She was also a cook for civic luncheons at the YMCA. Cooper was a member of the First Christian Church, B.P.W., the Women's Chamber of Commerce, and a former treasurer for the YWCA.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1980.

Survivors include son Raymond Cooper of Garland, Texas; daughter Mary Ann Green of Gainesville, Fla.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Berniece Sheffield Cooper were to be held at 11 am today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating.

Entombment followed in the Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
