Denver Cornwell, 82, Oakhurst, died Saturday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 am Tuesday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, with the Rev. LeRoy Sewell officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Cornwell was born July 29, 1907, in Woodward, and had lived in this area since 1917. He was a painter and paper hanger.

Mr. Cornwell was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel in 1987.

Survivors include brother Fred Cornwell of Sapulpa; and several nieces and nephews.

BROKEN ARROW — Funeral services for Denver Cornwell will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, with the Rev. LeRoy Sewell officiating.

Burial will follow at Floral Haven under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
