Laura Lee Crewse, 42, of Tulsa, died Monday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born July 18, 1950, in Booneville, Ark., and resided in Tulsa the last several years.

Survivors include her mother, Rachael Pierson of Mounds; son, John Holm, Jr., of Fayetteville, Ark.; and sister, Katherine Marie Hoskins of Tulsa.

Graveside services for Laura Lee Crewse were held this afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Beggs Cemetery.

Burial followed at the Beggs Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Crewse died Monday in Tulsa.
