Leona A. Cryder, 85, of Coweta died Saturday at Green Country Nursing Home.

Services are to be at 11 am Monday in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Howard Rongey officiating.

Burial is to follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Hoe.

Cryder was born May 13, 1908 in Lavina, Okla., and moved to the Sapulpa-Kiefer area in 1945 from Sperry when her husband was transferred by Texaco Oil Co. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Okie Campers Club. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Cryder.

She is survived by daughters, Delores Cook of Houston, Oneita Roland of Coweta and Annabell Jordan of Broken Arrow; brother Orville Greenleaf of Sperry; sisters Opal McCorkle of Tulsa, Sue Jones of Glenpool and Gerry Gray of Skiatook; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services for Leona Cryder were to be held at 11 am today at the Smith Funeral Chapel with Howard Rongey officiating.

Interment was to follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers were Phil Roland, Ron Cook, Doug Cook, Kevin Cook, Laren Cook, Marcus Cherry and Bo Cherry.

Honorary bearers were Bryan Yocham, Noah Buckner, Brandon Cook, Clinton Cook, Jeremy Cook, Dustin Cook, Morgan Roland, Cody Blair and Kyle Cook.
