Mrs. Phyllis Jean Dale, 52, 307 S. Walnut, died Tuesday at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 am Friday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. James Spear officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Nov 4, 1934, in Sapulpa and lived here all of her life.

Mrs. Dale was a member of the Sapulpa Church of the Nazarene and was and evangelist and Gospel Singer.

She was employed as a receptionist for the Department of Human service’s Tulsa office.

Survivors include mother Zeda Smith of Sapulpa; sons Ron Charles, Joe Dale, David Dale, Howard Dale and Damon Dale, all of Sapulpa; daughters Gloria Shobe, Laura Watkins and Pamela Cichon all of Sapulpa; brother Ellis Smith of Lincoln, Neb.; sisters Elsie Lewis of Broken Arrow and Glenda Kendall of Sapulpa; and six grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Cichon residence, 8629 S. Gary Dr., in the Timberridge Addition.

Burial followed at South Heights Cemetery, under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
