Shawn Eugene Davis, 17, Kellyville, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rosehill Memorial Park, Tulsa.

Burial will be in Rosehill under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Dec. 19, 1969, in Farmington, N. M. He had been a Kellyville resident for three years having moved there from Tulsa. Mr. Davis was a Baptist.

Survivors include parents Ted and Glenda Davis; brothers Chris Wayne and Teddy Jr., both of Tulsa; sister robin Marie of Tulsa; and grandparents Jewell Davis of Tulsa, Roy Davis of the home and Josephine Pallagra of Oregon.
