Christopher Brian Dean, 13-year-old son of James O. Dean of Kiefer and Carol Villalpando of Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday at First Baptist Church, Kiefer, with the Rev. Rex Hecox officiating.

Burial will be at Duck Creek Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Members of his football team will serve as the casket bearers.

He was born Oct 6, 1975, in Claremore and had lived in the Sapulpa area all his life.

He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church and a seventh grade student in the Kiefer-Public School system.

Survivors include parents James and Carol; brothers Billy Jack Dean, and Dewayne Wilson, both of Sapulpa, sisters Rockey Dean of Mounds, Tanya Dean, Tammy Wilson, Stephanie Knighten, Kemberly Villalpando and Stacy Villalpando, all of Sapulpa; grandparents Velma Dean of Kiefer and Louise Aaron of Irving, Texas.
