Harriette Decker, 79, 301 S. Water, died Thursday at her home.

A rosary service is scheduled for 7 pm Sunday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel Keohane officiating.

Burial will follow at Sapulpa Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born March 15, 1912, in Sapulpa. She retired as a secretary for Home Savings and Loan in California and retired to Sapulpa from California in 1987.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, secretary and member of the Legion of Mary and Catholic Daughters of America.

She was a life member of the Sapulpa Historical Society and was also secretary, registrar and a board member. She was a member of Goodwill Breakfast Club and Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Survivors include Aunts Effie Vaden of Glendale, Calif., Beverly and Ann Sammut of Beverly Hills, Calif.; nephews David and Victor Decker of Simi, Calif.; nieces Shirley Recknor of Virginia Beach, Va., Patricia Henderson of Lake Arrowhead, Calif., and Linda Herrington of Valencia, Calif.; and 17 great nephews and nieces.

HARRIETTE DECKER

Funeral services for Harriette Decker will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel Keohane officiating.

Burial will follow in Sapulpa Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers will be Less Hughes, Ken Blackburn, Jack Foley, Dale Wilson, Louis Kopp and James D. Cain.

In Lieu of other remembrances, the family suggest donation to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
