Funeral services for Donald Raymond Derrick, 49, are to be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the First Apostolic Church in Tulsa with Rev. Michael Yeats officiating.

Visitation is to be held from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the First Apostolic Church in Tulsa.

Burial is to follow in the Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home.

Derrick was born Sept. 24, 1944 in Tulsa and died Saturday in Sapulpa.

He is survived by wife Rose Ann Derrick of the home; sons Donald Raymond Derrick Jr. of Oklahoma City and Matthew Raymond Derrick of Sapulpa; step-son Jamie Don Lance of Sapulpa; daughter Amanda Rae Derrick of Sapulpa; mother and step-father Billie Dean and I. H. Stimson of Oklahoma City; and brother Harvey Derrick of Edmond..
