TULSA — Mrs. Lydia Rachel Dismukes, 58, 1131 E. Davis died Saturday at St. John’s Medical Center Tulsa.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Tom Eggebeen officiating.

A noon luncheon will be served at the Dismuke home prior to the services.

Burial will be in Muskogee under the direction of Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, Tulsa.

She was born March 4, 1930, in Shawnee, Okla.

Survivors include husband George R.; daughter Laura M. Lenihan of Germany; and son Stephen H. Gutierrez of Owasso.
