Wallace O. (Wally) Dobson, 54, 1600 E. Perkins, died Tuesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10 am Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Patrick Hurley officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Dobson was born July 30, 1936, in Kiefer. A Lifelong Sapulpa resident and independent oil producer, he was a graduate of Sapulpa High School, a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Sapulpa Elks Lodge.

He married Stella Faye Kuykendall Oct 1, 1954, in Muskogee.

Survivors include wife Stella Faye; mother Mrs. Alva Dobson of Sapulpa; son John Dobson of Sapulpa; daughter Brenda Rowell of Sapulpa; brother Fred Dobson of Nassau Bay, Texas; and seven grandchildren.

Mr. Dobson will lie in state at the funeral home until 9 am Thursday and the casket will not be opened at the service.

Services for Wallace “Wally” Dobson were today at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Pat Hurley officiating.

Entombment was in Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers were Lester Henderson, Jack Horath, Tommy Hudgins, Kyle Keehn, Harold Thomas and Darrell Yocham.

Honorary casket bearers were Pete Donathan, Members of the Elks Lodge, Thurman Thomas, Dale Walts and J. D. Walts.
