ORPHA ELLIS

KIEFER—Mrs. Archie (Orpha V.) Ellis, 84, of Kiefer, died Sunday at her home.

Services will be 2 pm Tuesday at the church of the First Born, Sapulpa, with Clifford Hutton and Von Castor officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ellis lived in the Sapulpa area most of her life after moving here from Poteau. A housewife, she was a member of the Church of the First Born and was active in arts and crafts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie, in 1970.

Survivors include son Archie Ellis Jr., of Okmulgee; daughter Helen Boatright of Kiefer; sisters Desella Sutton of Coos Bay, Ore. and Juanita Pryor of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; 26 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 13 Linda Street in Kiefer the day of the service.

Services for Mrs. Orpha Ellis were held today at the Church of the First Born in Sapulpa with Clifford Hutton and Von Castor officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hill Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Casketbearers were Bill Grady, L. J. Hughes, Shawn Grady, Marvin Castor, Dewayne Hale and Dale Ellis.

Mrs. Ellis died at the home of her daughter early Sunday.

The family will headquarter at 13 Linda Street in Kiefer.
