Denny Esmond, 64, of Oklahoma City, died Wednesday.

Services are to be at 10 am on Friday in the Bill Merritt South Chapel of Oklahoma City.

Burial is to follow in the Witteville Cemetery in Poteau under the direction of Bill Merritt Funeral Service in Oklahoma City.

Esmond was born September 18, 1929 in Sapulpa and moved to Oklahoma City in 1958 where he was employed as a bus driver with Jefferson Bus Lines.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley, of the home; mother, Nellie M. Bryant of Oklahoma City, sons Danny Esmond of Sapulpa and Douglas Esmond of Oklahoma City, daughter Carla Fuller of Texas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
