FALLASCHEK

TULSA — Mr. Paul J. Fallaschek died Saturday at his home in Tulsa following a lengthy illness.

A wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel.

Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Fallaschek was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sacred Heat Men’s Club, Knights of Columbus and was Army veteran of Korean Conflict. He was employed by Lance. He had previously been a longtime Bartlett Memorial Medical Center employee.

Survivors include sons Rick of Fort Worth, Texas, Mark of U.S. Navy; daughters Teresa Knode of Midwest City, Okla., and Tracy Fallaschek of Sapulpa; four sisters, Virginia Murphy and Helen Meyers both of Oklahoma City, Marion Redick of Enid, Okla., and Ann Gilmore of Florida; four grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 617 N. Moccasin Place.
