Updated: 06 Sep 2009 Sapulpa Herald Kellyville - Sept 2 (Special) Albert D. Farley, 54, died in a Sapulpa hospital Thursday from injuries suffered in a fall from the roof of the First Baptist Church here. Born in Kellyville, he was a lifetime resident here. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ada Farley of Kellyville; a brother and a sister. Services will be at 10 am Saturday in the First Baptist Church here. Burial will be in the Baker Family Cemetery directed by the Bates Funeral Home of Bristow.
