DRUMRIGHT C. J. Fessler, former Drumright druggist, who was arrested in Drumright Friday on a federal warrant by Chief of Police, John Ary, charging him with violating the. Harrison anti-narcotic law, was placed under a $1,000 bond at Tulsa Saturday for his appearance at his preliminary hearing, which will he held before a United States commissioner at Tulsa on September 23.
