James M. Finegan, 78, died at his home in Sapulpa Wednesday, Oct 12, 1994.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 11 am Saturday at the First United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Don Price. Entombment will be at the Green Hills Mausoleum, and services are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Finegan was born July 9, 1916 in Eureka, Kan., and had been a Sapulpa resident most of his life. He was a member of the First Untied Methodist Church and was a WWII veteran.

He retired from the Frisco Railroad and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and secretary of the Railroad Union. He was a 1936 Sapulpa High School graduate.

Survivors include his wife Dorothy, of the home; daughters Carol Ann Finegan, Tulsa, Pat Beck, Cairo, Egypt, and three grandchildren.

Services for James M. Finegan were held at 11 am Saturday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Don Price officiating. Intombment was in Green Hills Mausoleum. Arrangements were by Smith Funeral Home.

He died Wednesday, Oct 12, 1994 and was a Sapulpa resident for much of his life.

Serving as casketbearers were Eddie DeLong, Brett Sunday, Gary Marrs, Jim Beck, Bill Wilson and Jerry Dickerson.
